Reciprocal Transplants in Bodega Bay to reveal fine scale differences in microbiomes

Using a series of fine scale transplant experiments within a harbor, I asked what different patterns of assembly might play out as microbiomes reassemble at different sites. I found the microbiomes of leaves and roots quickly ressemble the site they are transplanted to.
